I am glad I decided to read this book. I am at a point in my life where I think this book gave good information pertaining to my situation. I agreed with the book, although not the list of values so much. I believe religion should be ranked higher but everything else, I pretty much agreed with. I have already implemented some of the tools in my life, unknowingly and reaped good benefits but I will also try to implement some more of the other ones talked about in this book. This book confirmed to me that it’s not too late, gave me more confidence, and let me know furthermore that it is really up to me to make a change and I definitely can. Thank you, to the author for sharing this book.

Fortunately, for me, I have reached this stage in my growth development. There are some differences in my current values because I am not a parent, nor do I have a significant other. And once I evaluated the company I kept I realized that most of it was toxic. Therefore, I also do not have friends. My career is currently highest on my values list. And my religion but that’s...you know. Anyways, I think this would be a great read had it provided some references, like the part about karma. Instead of saying ‘hey, I know people who think like this’ there are tons of other reads to elaborate on your point to make it more desirable for people to really want to put the work in to make the changes. Sometimes, we don’t know how to change. But when I would come across literature aimed at the process it made me more interested in making progress. I agree that for most changes to take place one has to first recognize and change their thinking. Bad decisions usually come from bad habits and if someone is older those habits could possibly be difficult to recognize and/or break. Thanks for your written words...they were a source of confirmation that I am on the right track in my own journey to becoming a more authentic version of myself.

This Book for me was exactly what I needed to read. I connected with the book from chapter 1 to the last chapter. Which is rare for me but i definitely will be reading this book again and again just to ensure all the great knowledge and advice was taken in. I’ve also sent the book to my sister because I feel she will connect with this book as well. Thank you for writing this book
