Depending on how social you are this book can be very educational and help you understand non-verbal behaviors. I'd say I already knew about 2/3s of the behaviors covered off my own experiences. But Navarro does a very good job of covering the biological and neevous limbic system to cover the science behind those cues. He also does a good job of putting the various behaviors in a vareity of situations to better explain them. Very solid read.

It gives very useful information about gestures that we see every day. I can say that after reading it I’m noticing things that I would normally not realize.

Great read, and not at all a slow one if you’re generally interested in the topic. Heavily useful also. The use of unnecessary complex words somewhat of an exacerbation.

Great read. As I read I started noticing no -verbals of people I came in contact with. There is a lot to take from this book.
